སྡེ་ཚན་འདི་དབུ་བརྙེས་པ་ནས་བཟུང༌། དཔེ་དེབ་ཁག་དྲུག་འགྲེམས་སྤེལ་ཞུས་པ་དང་འདི་ལོའི་ལོ་ཕྱེད་དུས་དེབ་བོ་ཊ་ལྦ་ནི་(Bhotvani)ཞེས་པ་ཞིག་༸སྐུའི་འཁྲུངས་སྐར་དུས་ཆེན་སྐབས་དབུ་འབྱེད་ཞུས། དེ་ཡང་བོད་ཀྱི་དཔེ་མཛོད་ཁང་གི་ཚོགས་ཁང་གསར་པའི་ནང་མཁས་དབང་དང་། ཆེད་ལས་པ། གནས་ཡོད་མི་སྣ་ཁག་ལྷན་བཞུགས་ཐོག་བཀའ་བློན་ཁྲི་པ་མཁས་དབང་ཟབ་གདོང་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་དབུ་འབྱེད་གནང༌། སྐབས་དེར་བཀའ་བློ་ཁྲི་པ་མཆོག་གིས་གསུང་བཤད་གནང་དོན། དེ་རིང་གངས་ཅན་སྐྱིང་གཤོངས་ནས་ང་ཚོས་དུས་དེབ་འདི་བརྒྱུད་ཧིན་དྷིའི་ཐོག་ནས་སྔོན་མེད་འགྱུར་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་བྱུང་ཡོད་པས། དེའི་འགུལ་སྐྱོད་ངེས་པར་དུ་རྒྱུན་སྲིང་བྱེད་དགོས།  དེ་ནི་ཕྱོགས་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་ནས་འགྱུར་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་ཡིན། དང་པོ། དེ་ནི་ཧིན་དྷིའི་ཐོག་ནས་འགྱུར་བ་ཆེན་པོ་གཅིག་དང༌། གཉིས་པ། བོ་ཊ་( Bhot) སམ་བོད་ཅེས་པས་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ནས་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཀྱི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་མཚོན་པའི་གོ་གནས་དང༌། དེ་མིན་ཕྱོགས་གཞན་ཞིག་ནས་ས་ཁུལ་གྱི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་མཚོན་པའི་གོ་གནས་ཤིག་ཡིན།   ལྦ་ནི་(vanni) སྐད་ཡིག་ལ་གོ་བ་དང་དེ་ནི་ཧིན་དྷིའི་ནང་ཡོད། དེར་བརྟེན་ཧིན་དྷིའི་ཐོག་ནས་བྱུང་བའི་འགྱུར་བ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ངེས་པར་དུ་རྒྱུན་སྐྱོང་བྱེད་དགོས།

Research Assistant. Acharya (M.A.), Buddhist Philosophy. U.G.C. (NET) in Buddhist Studies. Field of specialization : Buddhist Tantra. Knowledge of Sanskrit, Tibetan and various ancient scripts, including the Newari scripts. Co-Editor of Rare Buddhist Tantric Texts and Editor & compiler of 4 books. Published several articles on Buddhist Tantra and Himalayan culture.

Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche 
Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche was born in Bhutan in 1961. He is a student of Khenpo Appey Rinpoche. He is the head of the renowned Dzongsar Monastery and Dzongsar College and is responsible for the care and education of approximately 1,600 monks living in six monasteries and institutes in Asia.

He oversees Sidhartha’s Intent, an organization of six teaching and practice centers around the world, He wrote and directed the Films The Cup (1999) and Travellers and Magicians. (2003) He is the author of the book : What Makes You Not a Buddhist ( 2007) and Not for Happiness: A Guide to the So-Called Preliminary Practices (2012).

Dr. Lobsang Dorjee Rabling
from Currently, he is working as the co-editor of the restoration department of the Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, Varanasi. He has obtained his Shastri (BA) and Acharya (MA) from Samprunanand Sanskrit University and MPhl. and Phd. Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath Varanasi. He has done critical restoration and translations of many Buddhist texts. From those texts includes, Acharya Ashvagosh’s “Vajra-suchi” which he critically edited the Tibetan and Hindi translation and the commentary of Acharya Dharmakriti’s “Nyaya-bindu” by Acharya Dharmotar and others. He was awarded by the Uttar Pradesh Government for his two texts which include five works of Acharya Dipamkarshrijana and three commentaries of the Aryatrisakand-sutra in 1999 and 2009 respectively.

Rajiv Kumar “Trigarti”
He obtained his MA in Sanskrit and Hindi literature in 1996 and 1998 respectively from Kashi Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. He has contributed his poetries, stories and writings in various qualified publications. Together with fulfilling his research works, he is also doing research on subjects like regional chronicles, culture etc.

Ven, Acharya Gyaltsen Namdol
Acharya Gyaltsen Namdol is  working as the Asst. Professor the restoration department of the Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, Varanasi U.P. India. He has obtained Shastri , Acharya, MPhl. and Phd. From Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath Varanasi. He has done translated the Pratityasamutpadastutisubhds.itahrdayam of Acarya Tsong kha pa, and  bhavana krama by Acharya kamalashila and He also contributed many Hindi articles on Buddhist text. His forthcoming works on Acarya Tsonkhapa  Lamrim Chenmo by Acharya Tsongkhapa, Part-II, Hindi translation with critical editing. He has done critical restoration and translations of rare Buddhist texts.He has awarded by Vividha Puraskar from Uttar Pradesh Sanskrit Academy, Lucknow in 1983 for translation of Pratityasamutpadastutisubhashitahridayam.

Shri Hrishikesh Sharan
Indian higher officer member of  Rajsvas income tax . For the last 33 years he has been studying Buddhist philosophy. He is a member of Theosophical society. He has been giving many talks on Buddha’s life in several countries. In 2007 he translated Edwin Arnold’s Light of Asia into Hindi. His latest contribution in the field of education is the publication of a very poetic and informative Dhamapada.

Prof. Paramanad Sharma
Scholar and former head lecturer of the government collage in Dharamsala (H.P). His achievements include Hindi translations of  His Holiness the Present Dalai lama’s teachings and publication of scholarly articles. He is a board member of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives.

Raji Ramanan
Since its launch, she has been an editor of bhotvani (the Hindi journal of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives). Her interests are broad with Buddhist philosophy as primary. She has translated many teachings of His Holiness the Present Dalai Lama.

Dr. Jampa Dawa
He is graduated from Central University of Higher Tibetan Studies with a doctoral degree. Presently  He is works for the Library of Tibetan Works and Arvhives as the Managing Editor of bhotvani and the head of Hindi Section.

Ven. L.N. Shastri
Editor of Central University of Tibetan Studies’ Translation Unit. His field of expertise include reconstruction of Buddhist texts in Sanskrit via their canonical Tibetan translations.

Ven. Dr. Wangchuk Dorjee Negi
Formerly he was an Associate Professor at the Central University of Tibetan Studies and at the present, as the principal serves the Central Institute for Buddhist Studies. With submission of A Critical Study of the Vajrayana View & Practice, he earned the degree of Ph.D. (Vidya-Varidhi) from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University.

Dr. Penpa Dorjee
He is graduated from Central University of Higher Tibetan Studies. After earning Ph.D. from the Central University of Tibetan Studies he entered the University of Northern Iowa and studied educational technology. At present, he works for the Central University of Tibetan Studies as the Asst. Editor in the university’s Research Department. He also incharge of  the university’s project of restoring Tibetan classical Buddhist texts.
